The third generation at Château de Valeyres, Benjamin Morel, who has a background in viticulture and oenology, respects the heritage of his forefathers. In close collaboration with Frédéric Hostettler, master winemaker and especially Benjamin’s childhood friend. The idea is to cultivate and produce wines jointly, by combining several skills, in order to increase their complexity while respecting the work tool and its environment.
